Prices
Our prices and conditions depend on demand and period. By booking directly on our website or reaching out to us, we can always guarantee you the best offer.
Prices shown are per night for two people. The tourist tax of 3.40 € per person and night is not included in the price and will be calculated separately.
The price includes accommodation as well as daily room cleaning service (kitchen excluded).
You cannot reserve a specific apartment number or floor plan, however we will always try to grant your requests.
Single use apartments can be booked on request.
Vinea is an oasis of peace. Here, we warmly welcome couples, friends, singles and families with children over the age of 14. If you wish to spend a holiday with younger children, we recommend our apartments at the Amelia Rooms & Apartments ***S or at the Hütterhof and the Rohrerhof or at the Castanea in Tirolo.
Cancellation policies
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to two weeks before arrival.
From 14 days prior to arrival 80% of the booked stay will be charged if we are not able to assign the apartment to another guest.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
For group bookings of 2 apartments/rooms or more, no cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Better to be on the safe side
With travel insurance, you will be reimbursed for cancellation fees. In this way, you can book your holiday in a different time period. Vinea suggests the ERV policy.
Arrival and departure
Your apartment is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival to 11:00 am on the departure date. If you arrive after 7:00 pm, please let us know by phone. Possibility of late check-out until 6:00 pm (on request and for a fee). Depending on availability you can use our late check-out room free of charge.
Confirmation
The final confirmation of the booking is made following the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the booked stay on our current account or by payment with credit card. In case of cancellation up to two weeks before arrival, we will fully refund the deposit.
Payments
You can pay your bill in cash (up to 4.999 €), with an ATM card, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer.

Dogs
Your four-legged darling is accepted only on request and in certain apartments (please bring your own dog basket/blanket). The cost is 30 € per night / animal (food not included).
In the interest of all guests, dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room, garden, terraces and wellness area. We consider the needs of every guest. Therefore we accept up to 5 dogs in the same time period.
Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
At the end of your holiday
On the day of departure, the apartment is at your disposal until 11:00 am. To allow the cleaning staff to prepare it before the arrival of new guests by 3:00 pm, please help us by following the guidelines listed below.
Clean up the kitchen as well as load the dishwasher with used dishes and utensils and run it. Otherwise, you will be charged €50-90 for extra cleaning.
Before leaving the accommodation, make sure you have taken all your personal belongings.
Return the rented space in the same condition in which it was received. In the event of any damage to the apartment, room or furniture, promptly notify the reception staff.
