Thanks to the extensive terraces and outdoor areas, everyone can find his personal favourite place with complete peace and privacy. The wide corridors and staircases as well as the two lifts make it easy to maintain the necessary safety distance between people who are not in the same room.

We have always attached great importance to hygiene and cleanliness, now our efforts will be intensified once again. Our employees are regularly trained in the handling of the hygiene regulations and wear a face mask.

Disinfection: The apartments as well as all rooms, surfaces and points of contact are regularly cleaned and disinfected thoroughly with the appropriate utensils.
There are hand sanitizing stations in all areas of the building.
