An easy arrival

All roads lead to… the Vinea

On the journey to us, it is well worth taking a look out your window: mountain peaks, lakes and castles alternate with orchards and charming villages – regardless of whether you are travelling by car, train or plane. You can find an overview of the most important routes and information here.

By car
from the north

Take the Brennero motorway (toll road) to the Bolzano Sud exit, continue on the MeBo motorway (Merano-Bolzano) to the Sinigo exit. Turn right and then follow the signs to Tirolo in the direction of Passo Giovo.

from the west

Coming over the Passo Resia and through Venosta Valley, take the Sinigo MeBo exit. Continue left towards the Passo Giovo and follow the signs to Tirolo.

At the entrance to Tirolo you will find the Hotel Lisetta on the left-hand side. After the hotel, turn left into the Segenbühelweg. The Hotel Vinea is about 300 m further along on the left-hand side.

In mountainous regions, navigation devices often operate unreliably. “Dorf Tirol” is often not recognised by many GPS systems. In this case, use the Italian name of the village: “Tirolo”. If you are travelling via the Passo Resia, enter “Merano Centre” as your destination and only then “Segenbühelweg 16 - Tirolo”, as otherwise you will be routed along a closed neighbouring road.

by train

There are daily departures from Munich and Innsbruck via the Passo Brennero to Bolzano. Continue by regional train to Merano. From there, take the 221 bus or a taxi to Vinea.

by plane

The South Tyrolean airline SkyAlps offers weekly flights from several German cities such as Berlin and Hamburg directly to Bolzano. From Bolzano airport, the Südtirol Transfer shuttle service will quickly and conveniently take you to the Vinea.
