Our included services

• All flats are furnished with great attention to detail and with carefully selected local materials.
• You will find a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, crockery, cutlery, a seating area, satellite TV, radio, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
• All rooms are non-smoking rooms, without exception.
• Each flat is also provided with a free garage parking space. The garage is accessible by lift within the building.
• The price includes the overnight stay and, upon request, the daily cleaning of your flat (except for the kitchen).

From 7.30 am to 11.00 am you can help yourself to our delicious breakfast buffet with local and regional products. You can also enjoy homemade delicacies in the light-flooded Urban Lounge or on the panoramic terrace. When booking in advance from home, the price is € 22 per person and breakfast, when booking on location it is € 25.

 
 

• Measuring 16.5 x 5 metres, our heated and partially covered saltwater infinity pool with panoramic views is open from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm and has a water temperature of 27° C during the summer and 30° C in the cooler months.
• You can also relax in the wellness area with a panoramic sauna on the roof terrace (65°), a Finnish sauna (90° C), a steam sauna (45° C), an infrared cabin and a relaxation area. Water, tea, dried fruit and fresh fruits are available for you throughout the day.
• There is also a fitness area on the roof with a weight station, stepper, treadmill and bike.
• A spa bag with bath and sauna towels as well as bathrobes is provided for you during your stay.
• Sauna opening hours in spring and autumn: from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM, in summer: from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM

• We offer free mountain bike hire. You are also welcome to bring your own bike and store it in our lockable depot. We also have a lockable depot for your golfing equipment.
• There is a lendable rucksack in your flat. Hiking poles can be borrowed free of charge from our reception.
• You can also use our yoga garden – on the roof terrace on the 5th floor – and our yoga room. Yoga mats are available to you free of charge.

Upon arrival, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass, which allows you to use all public transport in the province of Bolzano free of charge. This comprises all regional trains and buses (including city and intercity buses), the public cable cars to Renon, Maranza, Colle, Meltina and Verano as well as the Renon Railway and the Mendola funicular railway.


 

• The price for breakfast is € 22 per person per day if you book in advance from home – € 25 if you book it on site. We are also happy to serve you the Vinea breakfast in your flat or organise fresh bread rolls for you.
• Open around the clock, our Trustshop offers a selection of South Tyrolean gourmet products, snacks and drinks that you can buy on site and enjoy in your flat.
• Cakes, coffee and drinks are available in our trust bar during opening hours.
• We offer a laundry service and the use of our laundry and ironing room in our aparthotel.
• Borrow one of our e-bikes and discover Merano and its environs.
• You can also charge your car at our e-charging station during your stay.
