- Your flat is ready for occupancy from 15:00 pm on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 19:00 pm, please inform us by telephone.
- On the day of departure, the flat will be available until 11:00 am.
- You are welcome to store your luggage in a separate room free of charge, subject to availability. Late check out is also available until 18:00 pm upon request, and for a fee.
- Please clean the kitchen (crockery and utensils) and/or switch on the dishwasher before you check out; we will otherwise have to charge you € 50 – 90 for the extra cleaning effort.
- Please also ensure that you have packed all of your belongings.
- If there is any damage to the apartment/room or furniture, please let us know in any event.

Booking confirmation and payment
- Your booking is confirmed upon our receipt of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total booking sum in our bank account - or in the case of payment by credit card.
You can pay the remaining amount in cash (up to the statutory limit), by EC card, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer in advance.

Prices
- Our prices and conditions vary depending on demand and the time of year. We can, however, guarantee you the best price if you book with us directly or make an enquiry.
- The prices quoted are per night for two people including taxes and duties. The price includes accommodation and daily cleaning of your flat (except kitchen). The local tax of € 3.40 per person per day is not included in the price of your stay and will be shown separately on the invoice.
- We are happy to consider flat requests whenever possible. We regret that it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number and/or floor. Flats for single use can be booked upon request.
- We guarantee maximum peace and relaxation for our guests and therefore warmly welcome couples, friends, solo travellers and families with children aged 14 and up. For families with younger children, our flats in the Amelia Rooms & Apartments***S, in the Hütterhof/Rohrerhof or in the Castanea in Tirolo are the perfect holiday destination.
Cancellation policy
- You can cancel your stay free of charge up to two weeks before arrival; the deposit will be refunded.
- Should we be unable to re-let the room, 80% of the total amount will be charged for cancellations 14 days or less before arrival. In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full booking price will be charged.
- For group bookings of two or more apartments/rooms, no cancellation fees will be charged if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation costs will be refunded if you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy. We recommend the European Travel Insurance.

Holiday with your four legged friend
- Dogs are allowed in certain flats upon request. Please bring your own dog basket and blanket. We charge € 30 per day and dog (food not included).
- Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room, garden, wellness area and terrace. Out of consideration for other guests, we can only accept a limited number of dogs.
